Fluri + Partner Treuhand AG, Baden, is a member of the Meng und Partner Group, which has been operating successfully as a trust and auditing company in Baden for 50 years. We currently employ 20+ dedicated employees.

To strengthen our team at the Baden location, we are looking for a Client Manager or Fiduciary Clerk (80%-100%) with immediate effect or by arrangement.

Areas of responsibility

Comprehensive support for SME customers

– Responsibility for the comprehensive support of various SME customers with a national and international focus.

– Carrying out bookkeeping, sometimes directly at the customer’s premises.

Financial management

– Preparation of VAT statements.

– Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.

Payroll accounting and social security

– Management of payroll accounting.

– Dealing with the associated social insurance issues.

Taxation

– Preparation of tax returns for individuals and legal entities.

Revision

– Possibility to participate in audits or carry them out independently.

Qualification

– Basic commercial training, ideally supplemented by further training in business administration (specialist certificate, higher technical college, etc.).

– Sound professional experience as a generalist in the fiduciary sector.

– Strong service orientation and enjoyment of customer contact.

– A sense of responsibility, initiative, independence, loyalty and reliability.

– Good knowledge of MS-Office and proven experience in the use of various accounting and tax programs.

– A confident manner and impeccable verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
