A central element of our digital strategy is our new website. The website has not only been completely redesigned in terms of appearance and content, but its functionality has also been expanded. Our integrated client portal makes it possible to securely submit documents digitally, request support or use remote maintenance. This strengthens our digital proximity to our clients – regardless of time and place. <\/p>\n\n
Parallel to the website, we are working intensively on expanding our archiving system (ELO). The system is being continuously adapted to our processes and will be supplemented by digital signatures and automated workflows in future. This will make the processing, archiving and approval of documents more efficient, structured and audit-proof – a clear added value for our internal collaboration. <\/p>\n\n
Our business correspondence is also being rethought: a new stationery design is currently being implemented that is optimized for both digital communication and reduced physical use. The aim is to reduce paper consumption and at the same time ensure a uniform, modern appearance. <\/p>\n\n
Security is an integral part of any digital development. That’s why we work closely with the cybersecurity company SaferRoute We are also preparing comprehensive training courses for our employees on topics such as cybersecurity and phishing. These are intended to further strengthen security awareness and promote the safe use of digital work equipment. <\/p>\n\n As part of the digital changeover, we are also renewing our internal server landscape. In future, all systems will run centrally on a powerful new infrastructure.
